This Package is suitable for a small and simple party in a function room / home for a group of 15 – 20 kids!
INCLUSIONS
1) 50 Air filled Balloons
– Our staffs will arrive 30 – 60 mins prior to the party to inflate the balloons with normal air (non – helium)
– Please choose only two solid colours (for additional colour, please add $5)
2) Choose 2 of your preferred activities
(a) 60 Mins of Basic balloon sculpting
– Please note that we can cover 15 – 20 kids in an hour depending on the complexity of the designs
– Please inform us in advance if you would like our artists to keep the sculptures simple to ensure that more kids get their chance
(b) 60 Mins of Kids Face painting
– Please note that we can cover 15 – 20 kids in an hour depending on the complexity of the designs
– Please inform us in advance if you would like our artists to keep the painting simple to ensure that more kids get their chance
– Please note that face paint and balloon sculpting can be held concurrently, or with an overlap of 30 Mins only
(c) 30 Mins of games session with Party Music provided
– 30 mins of games session (3 – 5 games depending on the age group of kids), suitable for 15 – 20 kids. For large group of kids, please hire one more game assistant at $80, subjected to availability.
– No game prizes are provided, please pass game prizes to our game host prior to the party if needed
– 120 Mins of Party Music from our portable bluetooth speaker suitable for normal sized condo function rooms, for large function room / outdoor venues, please hire our professional sound system instead.
– General kids party songs will be played
– For special playlist, clients can simply download the songs on their phones / ipods and our staffs will assist to connect it to the speaker. Otherwise, PartyMojo can download the song list in advance for a top up of $20, limited to 20 songs.
3) Hosting of Cake Cutting
– Our staff will gather the kids to sing the birthday song
– For special arrangements on the cake cutting ceremony, please inform us in advance
4) 2 Manpower included
Terms and conditions
– All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
– A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the event
– Breakage and damages to any equipments will be charged to customer accordingly.
– All cheques are made payable to PARTYMOJO PTE LTD.
– Deposit can be made via bank transfer to DBS current Acc 003-932293-3 Branch code: 7171-003
– All prices are strictly fixed and non-negotiable.
– A transport surcharge of $30 is applicable for inaccessible venues like Changi, Tuas, Sentosa, Turf city.
– The balance 50% payment is to be made in cash strictly on event day before the start of event.
– In the event that cash payment cannot be prepared before the start of event, 100% full payment should be made to PartyMojo 3 working days prior to the event.
– 50% Deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation of event, 100% full payment will be required if the event was cancelled within 2 working days to the event.
– Postponing of event is subjected to a $100 surcharge, subjected to availability, otherwise, client can choose to cancel the event and deposit paid will be forfeited.
– Postponing of event can only be done 2 working days prior to the party.
– Parental supervision is required for kids aged 4 and below.
– Set up time for this package will strictly be for 30 – 60 mins only strictly before the start of the event in which PartyMojo staffs will be putting up the 50 non-helium balloon decoration. PartyMojo staffs will not be responsible for putting up client’s own decoration during set up time.
– PartyMojo uses a special kind of foam tape which is not stubborn with walls and is easily removable by using a thumb to roll the tape off walls/ partitions. PartyMojo will not be liable for any damages to the event walls / partitions /venue.
– PartyMojo staffs will not be responsible for teardown of balloon decorations for any packages.
– PartyMojo staffs will not be liable for cleaning up of any mess created by the activities / party guests.
– PartyMojo staffs reserves the right to cease the party immediately if any of our staffs are verbally abused by the client. In the event that a PartyMojo staff is verbally abused by the client’s guest, PartyMojo staff will inform the client immediately. If the abuse does not cease, PartyMojo reserves the right to leave the event immediately.
– Duration of party is maximum 2 hours, excluding set up time. For extension of total event time, not including extension charges of services, it is charged at $30 / 30 mins for extensions told to us 5 working days in advance. For last minute extension, it is charged at $50 / 30 mins, subjected to availability. For last minute extension of total event time, it should be told to us at least 1 hour prior to the event end time.
– Extension of games: $100 for 30 mins
– Extension of face painting: $80 for 30 mins, $100 for 60 mins
– Extension of balloon sculpting: $80 for 30 mins, $120 for 60 mins
– Extension of event time / activities are solely subjected to partymojo’s availability.
– Extension prices are strictly non-negotiable.
