About Photo Booth
The concept of a photo booth is not something novel and shouldn’t require much elaboration to understand. Our photo booth service provides a huge range of photo booth props for your guests to use when posing. After which, comes the snapping part, where our high quality DSLR will capture the photo. The photo will then be sent instantly and automatically to our instant photo printer whereby a customised design template will be embedded to the photo before the whole photo is being printed out. The whole process takes less than 10 seconds!

How exactly do my guests get their photos printed?
For our Photo Booth service, both Automatic and Selection printing mode are supported.
- Automatic: we will automatically print out a copy of the photo for every guests in a particular photo
- Selection: all photos taken by our Photo Booth will appear and enter our printing gallery. Our printing gallery will be displayed on our printing portal which will be at present at your event.

To have their photos printed, your guests will have to do the following:
Step 1: Come to our printing portal and choose the photos that he wishes to print by clicking on that particular photo.
Step 2: Choose the number of copies he wishes to print
Step 3: Collect printouts
Step 4 (Optional): If he wants a softcopy of the photo to be emailed to him, he can also click on that particular photo and then enter his email address.
Note that if you would like to include some marketing tools, there will be an additional step between Step 1 and Step 2. In this additional step, your guests will have to perform an action after clicking on the photo they want to print. Examples of such action include sharing the photo on Facebook, filling up a detailed form, answering a question etc.

Our Instagram printer can detect and obtain the correct Instagram photos of your event, and then automatically embed a customized design template onto it, to form an Instagram print. These Instagram prints will then be printed out instantly within seconds and be given to your guests.

How exactly do my guests get their photos printed?
Any new photos uploaded to Instagram tagged with your chosen hashtag will appear at our printing station.
To have their photos printed, your guests will have to do the following
Step 1: Come to our printing portal and choose the photos that he wishes to print by clicking on that particular photo.
Step 2: Choose the number of copies he wishes to print
Step 3: Collect printouts
Step 4 (Optional): If he wants a softcopy of the photo to be emailed to him, he can also click on that particular photo and then enter his email address.

If my guests do not have an Instagram account, can they still have their photos printed?
Yes! Our staff can help them take a photo using our own phone and Instagram account.
If my guests Instagram account is private, can they get their photos printed?
Unfortunately, there’s no way we can access their Instagram account if it’s private. However, we can always get our guests to set their Instagram account to public for a short while during the event!
Perhaps the only drawback of the Instagram App is that it is not real time. Users will have to refresh the App by swiping down to load new photos. Fortunately, for our Instagram Live Feed service, no swiping down action is needed.
Our Instagram Live Feed service will automatically obtain any photos uploaded to Instagram that is tagged with your chosen event Instagram hashtag and display them in real time on a gallery. There is no application or program to download to view the gallery. The gallery can be easily accessed by visiting a web link on an Internet browser. As long as you have a computer (with Internet access) connected to a projector or monitor, you can display the gallery.

Photo booths are a lot of fun at parties, weddings and functions. But can the normal photobooth cannot keep up with our demands for photography and visual media and entertainment! With that, we gradually saw the need and also the rise of a new form of visual media: moving images aka GIF! Our animated GIF Photobooth will take up to four shots in succession and all these shots will then be merged together to form a looping animated GIF.

How Does GIF Photobooth Works?
Step 1:
Grab a friend or two and strike a pose in front of our backdrop. With our live view monitor in front of you, you can pose and position yourselves accordingly.
Step 2:
Once ready, our friendly GIF photo booth rental assistant will snap three or four photos in succession (the amount is up to you). Automatically, these three or four shots will be merged to form a GIF. You can then proceed to email the GIF to yourself.

In what format will the GIF be sent over?
Our GIF booth system will automatically convert the GIF file into .mp4 format before sending it to your guests. We do not send over the GIF file in .gif format. Reason being, in most social media websites (such as Facebook and Instagram), they do not accept direct posting/sharing of .gif files. Instead, .mp4 files are more compatible.
Our green screen photo booth is essentially very similar to our photo booth service. The only difference is that now, instead of a usual photo booth backdrop, we use a green backdrop! Just like our photo booth service, your guests will pose and stand in front of the green backdrop. After a photo has been taken, our state of the art green screen photo booth software will automatically replace the green portion in the photo with your chosen digital background. This background is chosen by you prior to the event, and it can be any image as long as it fits certain resolution criteria. Lastly, the whole overall photo will be embedded in your event’s customised printout design.

Can I have more than 1 Green Screen Background option?
If one digital background is insufficient, you can always top up to have more digital backgrounds too. In such cases, prior to photo capturing, your guests will then chose which digital background they wish to have.
A flipbook is a book containing a series of pictures. When flipped rapidly from one page to another, the pictures will appear to be animating just like a short animation/video. With our flipbook photo booth service, your guests will be able to take home a unique personalised memento from your event. Our video camera will first capture a short 6 seconds video of your guests. Then, our custom flipbook photo booth software will kick in to generate out the footages and print them into a flipbook. Each flipbook will also have a custom cover page specially designed for your event!

How Does Our Flipbook Photo Booth Works?
Step 1:
Position yourself in front of our camera. With our live view monitor in front of you, you can see yourself in real time. Pose and position accordingly. If you wish, grab a friend or two to join you.
Step 2:
When ready, our friendly flipbook photo booth assistant will activate our camera to capture a 6 seconds video. Dance, make a silly face or just do any funny actions!
Step 3:
Once done, we will extract frames from the footage and print out your flipbook. The flipbook will be binded together nicely with a fully customised cover page.

How fast is your flipbook printer?
It will take about 3.5 minutes before a flipbook is fully done and ready for collection.
Why can’t you print out additional flipbook reprints during your service duration?
It takes a reasonable amount of time to prepare 1 flipbook. If there are 4 guests in 1 video, and all 4 guests want a copy of the flipbook (additional flipbook reprints), it will take some time before 4 flipbooks from that one video can be generated out. This will cause a printing queue. The next group of guests will have to wait longer than usual before we even start to print out their flipbook. Hence, by default, our printing policy is always to prioritise to print 1 flipbook per video captured during our service duration. For additional flipbook reprints, if time permits, we will print them during our service duration. Else, we will take note of the guest’s details and then mail out his/her flipbook to him/her post-event (within 5 working days). This workflow will allow us to keep the line moving and keep every group of guests satisfied.

How Does Our Infinity Mirror Photobooth Works?
Step 1:
Grab a friend or two and enter our fully enclosed infinity mirror photobooth. If you wish, you can take some props as well. Once inside, activate our photo booth camera by touching the little screen (in front of you).
Step 2:
Upon touching the screen, our infinity mirror photobooth will be activated. Follow the instructions on the screen to start the photo taking process. Strike your best pose.
Step 3:
Proceed out of our infinity mirror photobooth. Our friendly photobooth assistant will then assist you in getting your photos printed.

Can I do branding on the Infinity Mirror Photobooth?
If you require branding on the exterior of our infinity mirror photobooth, it will only be on the side panel near to the entrance of the photo booth. This is to maintain the overall exterior reflective nature of the photobooth. See below for some samples.
Does your Infinity Mirror Photobooth service come with an actual photographer?
No. We used our own infinity mirror photobooth system to capture photos. It is a fully automated system. We will always optimise the system at your event to obtain the best optimal effect.
Having large scale brand activations or roadshows? Then our Walk-In Photo Booth will be the most ideal one for you! Think of it as an actual photo taking booth whereby your guests can really walk in just like the good old neoprint machine but with your branding all over it. How Does Our Branded Walk In Photo Booth Works?
Step 1:
Take some props, grab a friend or two and enter our branded walk-in photobooth. Once in, activate our photo booth camera by touching on the screen (in front of you). Immediately, you will be able to see yourself living in the monitor. Strike your best pose and position yourself accordingly.
Step 2:
Once ready, touch the screen again. Follow the instructions on the screen to start the photo taking process.
Step 3:
Proceed out of the branded walk-in photobooth. Preview the photos you have taken again at the screen outside of the booth. Email the photos or get the photos printed out instantly.

Does your Walk-In Photobooth service come with an actual photographer?
No. We used our own Walk-In Photobooth system to capture photos. It is a fully automated system. We will always optimise the system at your event to obtain the best optimal effect.
Light Painting Photo Booth is a unique and advance photobooth system which allows streaks of lights to be captured. Using advance photography technique, our camera is able to capture sharp images of your guests coupled with beautiful artistic streaks of lights generated when your guests light paint.
The experience begins when your guests take some illuminating props (provided by us) and enter our dark tent. For optimal effect, we keep the tent really dark. But not to worry, our friendly light painting photo booth assistants will assist your guests in positioning themselves safely. Next, keep still and pose! The only thing different is that after our flash fire off, your guests have one to two seconds to do their light painting. This is when the fun part comes in, as your guests can wave their illuminating props to create artistic streaks of lights. Finally, after exiting the dark tent, the final masterpiece will be printed out in your customised event printout template.

- 2 We will set up this tent at your event venue. Note that we will require a space of about 6m by 6m and a ceiling height of about 2.3m. To obtain the most perfect 360 bullet time light painting effect, the interior of the booth must be pitch dark. As such, both the inner and outer curtains for the tent has to be in full black.
How Does Our Light Painting Photo Booth Works?
Step 1:
Grab a friend or two, take some props (be sure to take some illuminated ones) and enter our dark tent. Once inside, our friendly light painting photo booth assistant will position you accordingly.
Step 2:
Strike a pose and stay still. After seeing our flash goes off, start to light paint with your illuminated props. You have 1 to 2 seconds to do your light painting.
Step 3:
Proceed out of your dark tent. Your light painting photo will be embedded onto the event’s design printout template, and get printed out instantly.
How much in advance will you arrive for the setup?
For our Light Painting Photobooth service, we will arrive 2 hours beforehand to set up.
What do you need from me for the Light Painting Photobooth?
We will require the following logistics:
– A space of 3m by 3m
– Space to be near to a power point
– 2 tables. 1 for props, 1 for our printer

How does this photobooth work?
Step 1:
Grab a friend or two and enter our 360 Time Stop booth. Strike a pose on the spot we’ve marked out.
Step 2:
Next, our friendly staff will cue you and snap a shot via our 360 Time Stop system. Instantaneously, multiple shots from all the cameras will be triggered and captured.
Step 3:
Once done, you may proceed out to get your very own 360 Time Stop GIF video emailed to yourself.
How long will it take before my guests can email the 360 Time Stop GIF Video they’ve taken to themselves?
The 360 Time Stop GIF video will be made available for your guests to email it to themselves within 1 to 1.5 minute.
How big is the 360 Time Stop booth?
The structure we use is 4.4m in diameter and at a height of 2.3m. However, for smooth operations, we require a space of 6m by 6m.

How Does Our 360 Video booth work?
Step 1:
Grab a friend or two* and stand on top of our Revolve 360 Video Booth platform
*Note: Due to safety reasons, our platform can support only a maximum of 3 people
Step 2:
Once ready, our friendly video booth assistant will activate our 360 video camera. The camera will start rotating around the platform, capturing a 10-15 seconds of you and your friend dancing/posing.
Step 3:
Once done, step down of the platform. Approach our staff to get your very own Revolve 360 video emailed to yourself.
How big is the platform for the 360 Video booth?
Our platform (the place your guests will stand on) is a circle with 1m diameter. Rotating around is the arm that we will attach our camera to. Taking into account the rotating arm, the whole set takes up about 2m by 2m space. However, for smooth operations and safety, we require a space of 5m by 5m.
How long will it take before my guests can email the Revolve 360 video they’ve taken to themselves?
The Revolve 360 video will be made available for your guests to email it to themselves within 1 to 1.5 minute after recording.

Payment Terms
- All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subjected to prevailing GST.

For Non-Corporate: 100% payment payable to PartyMojo Pte Ltd as deposit to confirm the event.

For Corporate: Endorsement on invoice with organisation stamp to confirm the event.
- Breakage and damages to any equipments will be charged to client accordingly.
- A additional transport surcharge of $30 is applicable for the following venues: Changi, Tuas, Sentosa, Turf city.
- All cheques are made payable to PARTYMOJO PTE LTD.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer to: DBS current Acc 003-932293-3 Branch code: 7171-003.
- PartyMojo now accepts PayNow! The QR Code can be found at the bottom of the invoice issued.
- Late payment interest charge of 2% per month will be incurred after payment due date.
Postpone & Cancellations
- Postponing of event can only be done 5 working days prior to the event.
- Postponing of the event is subjected to a $100 – $150 surcharge, subjected to availability.
- Otherwise, the client can choose to cancel the event and deposit paid will be forfeited.
- 50% of invoice charges if cancellation is made more than 5 working days before event time.
- 100% of invoice charges if cancellation is made 5 working days before event time.
Other Party Terms
- PartyMojo staffs will not be responsible for putting up the client’s own decoration during set up time.
- PartyMojo staffs will not be responsible for the teardown of balloon decorations for any packages.
- PartyMojo will not be liable for cleaning up of any mess created by the activities/party guests.
- PartyMojo reserves the right to cease the party immediately if the client verbally abuses any of our staffs. In the event that the client’s guest verbally abuses a PartyMojo staff, PartyMojo staff will inform the client immediately. If the abuse does not cease, PartyMojo reserves the right to leave the event immediately.
