How far in advance should I book my Hari Raya event?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and ample time for customization. For 2025, we recommend to check in for the activities from 10th February onwards.

Do you handle both indoor and outdoor setups?

Yes, we manage both indoor and outdoor event spaces, ensuring a seamless setup regardless of the location.

Are all the food stations halal certified?

Yes, all ingredients used are halal certified!

For the food stations, are they pre-made or cooked on site?

All the food stations listed above are live stations, except for Malay Kuih or drinks Station which is pre-made.

What entertainment options do you provide for Hari Raya events?

We offer live music, traditional Malay dance performances, storytelling sessions, and interactive activities like henna art and ketupat weaving workshops. For traditional Wayang Kulit performances, do check in with us early to enquire on the slots! Depending on the pax and budget, we will advise the most suitable programme flow for your event.

Are there any Hari Raya festive packages?

Please feel free to let us know the list of services you require and we can work out a custom package for you.

Are designs included for the Raya backdrops?

Yes design is inclusive for any backdrops ordered with PartyMojo, up to three revisions. Our sales team will get the specifications and files from you in advance.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subjected to prevailing GST.
A 100% full payment is required to confirm the booking.
Breakage and damages to any equipments will be charged to client accordingly.
A transport surcharge of $55 is applicable for the following venues: Changi, Tuas, Sentosa, Turf city.
All cheques are made payable to PARTYMOJO PTE LTD.
Payment can be made via bank transfer to: DBS current Acc 003-932293-3 Branch code: 7171-003.
PartyMojo now accepts PayNow! The QR Code can be found at the bottom of the invoice issued.

Postpone & Cancellations

Postponing of event can only be done 5 working days prior to the event.
50% of invoice charges if cancellation is made more than 5 working days before event time.
100% of invoice charges if cancellation is made 5 working days before event time.

Other Terms

PartyMojo will not be liable for cleaning up of any mess created by the activities/party guests.
PartyMojo reserves the right to cease the party immediately if the client verbally abuses any of our staffs. In the event that the client’s guest verbally abuses a PartyMojo staff, PartyMojo staff will inform the client immediately. If the abuse does not cease, PartyMojo reserves the right to leave the event immediately.
