A minimum 3m x 3m space and access to a nearby power point are required. The setup should be in a sheltered or indoor area, and tables and chairs should be provided where required.
For non-sheltered setups, additional charges may apply due to equipment exposure and potential damage. If the equipment is required to undergo X-ray screening or security checks, an additional S$80 per check will apply.
