Is it prepared throughout the event?
Yes. We cook continuously in small batches so food remains hot and crispy instead of sitting on a tray.
What space and setup is required?
We require: approx. 1.5–2m booth space 1 standard 13A power point sheltered placement
What do guests receive?
Each guest receives freshly fried samosas served in snack cups along with dipping sauce. Guests may revisit the booth during the service time.
What filling is used?
The samosas are filled with seasoned potato and mixed vegetables. The flavor is aromatic and savory with mild spices, but not spicy, making it suitable for children and elderly guests.
Is it cooked fresh during my event?
Yes, the samosas are prepared and fried live at the venue. This ensures they remain crispy and warm instead of becoming soggy like pre-packed food.
