For us, joy, creativity, and togetherness aren’t just buzzwords – they’re values we live by every day.

One way we live those values is through our overseas staff retreats. These almost-yearly getaways have become a cornerstone of PartyMojo’s culture, allowing the whole team to unwind, bond, and get inspired in a new environment. (We took a brief hiatus when travel wasn’t possible in 2018 and 2021–22, but otherwise the tradition lives strong!) These trips are more than just a free holiday – they’re our way of rewarding ourselves for the hard work, sparking fresh ideas through new experiences, and reinforcing the camaraderie that makes Team Mojo so special. It all started in Bali – where the Mojo family took our very first leap into retreat tradition… literally, into the rapids! Dressed in life vests and bright smiles, we braved waterfalls and wild rivers together, paddling side by side through lush green landscapes. This adrenaline-filled day wasn’t just about rafting – it was about trust, teamwork, and cheering each other on through every twist and turn. In between the thrills, we indulged in soul-warming Balinese cuisine, from nasi campur to grilled satay, and ended our days with heavenly spa massages that left us completely recharged. The Bali trip set the tone for everything that followed: bold, full of laughter, and powered by the spirit of adventure..

In 2019, our team flew to vibrant Seoul for an unforgettable retreat. We immersed ourselves in Korean culture – feasting on spicy street food, singing our hearts out at noraebang (karaoke), and even relaxing together at the famous Dragon Hill Spa in matching jimjilbang outfits. Whether posing goofily with towel “sheep” hats at the spa or exploring bustling night markets, the joy was contagious. This Seoul adventure had us laughing and bonding every step of the way, bringing us closer as we soaked in the creative energy of a new city.

In 2020, we wandered through the vibrant streets of Osaka, soaking in its rich culture and comforting chaos. From the iconic vermilion torii gates of Fushimi Inari to the sizzling aroma of street-side takoyaki, every turn offered something new. One of the unexpected highlights? A traditional rickshaw ride, where we cruised through charming old towns with the wind in our hair and grins on our faces. With temples, shopping, and spontaneous moments of laughter, this retreat blended adventure and tranquility just before the world hit pause – making the memories even more treasured.

After two years grounded, 2023 was our comeback – and we made it count with a whirlwind adventure across Turkey. From the buzzing bazaars of Istanbul, where East meets West, to the ancient landscapes of Cappadocia and the ski slopes of Uludağ, every leg of the journey brought something unforgettable. We cruised down the Bosphorus at sunset, skied through fresh powder with shrieks of joy (and a few wipeouts), and wandered through markets filled with spices, lamps, and laughter. The trip was a bold mix of culture, chaos, calm, and cold – and it reminded us just how much shared adventure fuels our Mojo spirit.

In 2024, we traded cityscapes for the natural wonders of Jeju Island in South Korea. The team chased waterfalls, clowned around on windy seaside cliffs, and recharged with Korean BBQ feasts each night. Surrounded by fresh air and laughter, we ended the trip feeling refreshed, closer, and more inspired than ever.

2025 took us on retreat packed with history, hilarity, and high-speed rides. We climbed the Great Wall of China together, pushing through burning calves and cheering at the top like champions. We wandered through the hutongs, snacked on candied hawthorn skewers, and laughed our way through silk markets and photo ops in emperor costumes. But the wildest day? A full-throttle outing at Universal Studios Beijing, where we screamed through roller coasters, posed with Minions, and let loose like big kids. The whole trip was a perfect wrap to another chapter of Mojo adventures – one that reminded us that with the right people, every journey becomes legendary.
